Chris Sutton - Founder, Zemu
Chris has an innovation and technology background with a strong track record in creating, building and working with start-up and high growth businesses. He commenced his career in the implementation of online real-time banking systems in Europe and Australia and then went onto establish a number of consulting practices and has delivered projects in Australia, Asia and Europe. His consulting company won numerous customer service awards in Australia and in the USA and was the subject of a chapter in the book Customer Service Excellence. The key skill that Chris brings to the business is his ability to identify and bring together winning teams of people. (top)

Katryna Dow - Executive Director, Zemu
Katryna has over two decades of global consulting experience in strategy to execution roles.  She has delivered projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, United States and India, including the start –up of seven businesses, together with executive experience in COO and national leadership roles.  Her industry sector experience spans financial services, professional services, manufacturing, IT&T, oil & gas and construction.  She has developed subject matter expertise psychographic segmentation, neuro-economics and behavioural change management. Katryna developed the strategy for the Z1 business and when launched will be its founder and CEO. (top)

Michael Ibrahim, Chairman of Advisory Board
Michael is a proven strategic international business leader with specific competencies in software and technology development, international foreign exchange, treasury and executive management. He has held senior executive positions at KPMG Consulting, Citibank and Goodman Fielder Limited. Michael is qualified accountant, having commenced his career as a financial accountant with Chemical Bank. Most recently he has been engaged in a series of managing director level consulting relationships with a range of leading technology companies. (top)

Stephen Turner, Advisory Board
Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years successful business experience, principally within the natural resources sector. He founded International Ferro Metals Limited, listed on the London Stock Exchange and is its Deputy Chairman and for seven years was its CEO. He is also a founding director of South American Ferro Metals Limited, a Brazilian iron ore producer listed on the Australian stock exchange, a non-executive director of Iluka Resources Limited. He is Chairman of South African gold producer Vantage Goldfields Limited, also listed on the Australian Stock exchange.  Stephen has delivered resource projects globally and was a founding director of the Australian subsidiary of PSG Investment Bank, then South Africa’s fifth largest investment bank. He has raised equity capital in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the USA. (top)

Katherine Singson, Advisory Board
Katherine is a strategic consultant for the Imaging & Digital Entertainment Association (IDEA) in their transformation to address the full potential of technology convergence here in Australia. Prior to this, she spent time in Europe and then worked for Microsoft Australia, heading up marketing communications for Xbox. Her 20+ year career started in Silicon Valley working on some of the most technical software in development (based on Artificial Intelligence) and later, seeing the potential, moved to NeXT Computer during their "darkest days" to help transform the company into a valid software business. Working directly with the CEO, Steve Jobs, they harnessed the power of the Internet to reposition him as a key player in the industry and start on his now famous comeback to Apple. Steve Jobs personally recruited her to establish the marketing department at Pixar Animation Studios where she kicked-off a new and extremely nuance-filled 50/50 co-marketing agreement with The Walt Disney Company.
