Katryna Dow joins Zemu as an executive director and shareholder, responsible for the strategy development of the Z1 business.  Katryna and Chris have known each other for twenty years and have formed the partnership based on their shared interest in innovation and positively impacting people’s lives.

Katryna has over two decades of global consulting experience in strategy to execution roles. She has delivered projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, United States and India, including the start –up of seven businesses, together with executive experience in COO and national leadership roles.

Her industry sector experience spans financial services, professional services, manufacturing, IT&T, oil & gas and construction.

She has developed subject matter expertise psychographic segmentation, neuro-economics and behavioural change management.

When the Z1 business is launched she will take up the role of founder and CEO.
